Sam Gould

Bringing a slower paced attention to one’s way of living requires practice, attention, and awareness. With extensive study and training in philosophy, psychology, integrative health, and lifestyle medicine, I draw from a variety of health modalities, customized to facilitate each individuals innate capacity for healing and vitality; looking into postural, behavioral, relational, and lifestyle patterns that participate in how we might access innate wisdom. As a researcher and health practitioner, I focus on the bio-psycho-physiological operation of individuation - a process of self-actualization.
