Health and Wellness Coaching

Integrative Health Coaching is a client-centered, relational approach to working with individuals collaboratively to address the health and wellbeing of the whole person. Health Coaching acknowledges the interdependent roles of mind, body, and spirit, and the innate capacity for vitality of each person, through the emphasis of lifestyle and self-care. In the scope of Integrative Health Coaching we look into seven core areas of health: sleep, movement, nutrition, relationships, resilience, spirituality, and environment.
